No. Your time is blocked and saved on my calendar once you commit to paying. If you choose not to attend sessions, I can not control that decision. I’ll be there ready to coach you and show you how to get the results you are looking for.

Yes, you can reschedule your session. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I want to be flexible to accommodate your needs. You are allowed one reschedule per coaching package. However please note that you may only have two missed sessions without proper acknowledgement of the miss ahead of time.
It is important to also mention that missed sessions cannot be made up and that time will not be adjusted on the back end. Time adjustments can only be made if we have planned together in advance and a session is missed due to that arrangement. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to the process.

Yes, all coaching sessions are completely confidential. I prioritize your privacy and take it very seriously. Any personal information shared during our sessions will not be disclosed to anyone without explicit consent. I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure your safety and confidentiality.
Additionally to further protect your privacy I utilize secure communication platforms for virtual sessions and ensure that any notes and/or records are stored in a secure manner. I also encourage all clients to communicate any concerns they may have up front or anytime throughout our time together that we may address them speedily.
